How a referral works

You get one point of contact from the first call through move-out.

  1. Send the referral

    Call, text or complete our intake form with your client's preferred move-in date and how rent will be paid.

  2. We confirm a bed

    We confirm availability and the weekly or monthly rate, and answer your questions.

  3. Move-in

    Your client signs the resident agreement and house rules, and we complete a move-in condition checklist together.

  4. Ongoing contact

    With your client's signed consent, we keep you updated on rent, move-in and move-out dates, and any rule concerns.

Residents keep working with their own case managers and support programs. We provide the stable place to live.

We do not provide treatment, counseling, medical care or personal care services.

The home

A furnished, shared home

Each resident has an assigned bed and storage space in a shared bedroom, plus use of the kitchen, living areas and back patio.

House standards

Clear rules, signed at move-in

Every resident signs the house rules with the resident agreement. A few of the main ones:

  • Drug- and alcohol-free home
  • No weapons on the property
  • No violence, threats or fighting
  • No visitors
  • Smoking on the back patio only
  • Shared areas kept clean after each use
  • Respect for roommates and neighbors
  • Disability accommodation requests welcome
